Refunds and Chargeback Policy
At the Wolfman Experience, we are committed to providing a high-quality and insightful tarot reading experience. To ensure clarity and fairness for both our clients and our business, we have established the following refund and chargeback policy:
No Refunds Policy
All tarot readings including but not limited to video and/or audio recorded, consultations, and spiritual services are final and non-refundable once delivered. Due to the nature of the services, which are based on time, energy, and personalized insight, refunds cannot be issued after the session has occurred or the reading has been provided.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled time at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
Disputes and Chargebacks
By purchasing a tarot reading or service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Chargebacks are not an appropriate or valid method for resolving dissatisfaction with the service. If you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out to us directly at operations@wolfmanexperience.com so we can address your concerns.

All readings are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not replace professional advice in medical, legal, or financial matters. The insights and guidance shared are subjective interpretations and should be considered as such.
Payment Authorization
By making a payment for a tarot reading, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have obtained the cardholder’s permission for the transaction.
Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback after services have been rendered will be thoroughly investigated. We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent chargebacks and provide evidence to support our claim, including but not limited to written communication, session notes, and service timestamps.
Merchandise Policy
All Wolfman Experience merchandise is produced specifically for each order.
Returns & Refunds
Merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery only if the item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. Returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind are not accepted.
To report an issue, contact operations@wolfmanexperience.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If confirmed as an error on our part, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses, failure to claim delivery, or similar issues are not refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. Unclaimed items may be donated after processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including but not limited to sealed or hygiene-sensitive products (such as face masks), are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods or sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
